Description:
COMPANY DESCRIPTION
The Senior Accountant will play a critical role in our accounting department, providing accounting support and financial analysis within Red Bull North America (RBNA) and Red Bull Distribution Company (RBDC). You will maintain records of all financial transactions by reconciling accounts and posting transactions for two Red Bull entities. The Senior Accountant will work with the accounting managers for both entities. You must be detail-oriented professional able to manage complex financial data and providing accurate financial information to support decision-making. QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Finance or accounting from an accredited college or university is required.
5 years of accounting experience; public accounting experience/CPA a plus
Solid understanding of GAAP and IFRS
Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables and V-Lookups)
Experience with ERP systems is required, and SAP knowledge is preferred.
First, supervisory or management responsibilities are beneficial but not required.
Proven track record in effectively communicating with all levels of an organization.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to take initiative with strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
Team player in a multicultural environment with strong interpersonal skills
Robust work ethic and willing to work extra hours and weekends during quarter-end and year-end closes to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Help develop new processes to increase efficiency for the growing business
Conduct special accounting projects as assigned by management
Provide Tax team with any reports needed for planning or external audits
