• Direct and oversee all aspects of accounting operations, including meticulous management of the general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Payroll is outsourced to an external provide so detailed knowledge about payroll is not a requirement.
• Guarantee strict compliance with all pertinent tax laws and rigorous adherence to Danish GAAP and EU IFRS, maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity.
• Prepare timely and accurate financial statements and lead the closing processes supported by the Finance Manager.
• Manage annual audits and maintain relationships with external auditors.
• Implement and uphold internal controls and financial procedures to optimize efficiency.
• Offer strategic financial analysis and support to the Finance Manager Denmark, aiding in decision-making.
• Champion the continuous optimization of accounting processes through innovation and a proactive financial management approach, aligning closely with evolving business needs.
• Ensure accounting policy and wider company policies are properly applied in Denmark.
• Continue developing the finance function‘s working processes in accordance with Vitamin Well Group worldwide standards.
