Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in Accountancy, equivalent or above.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing full-set multi-companies accounts.
  • Pro-active, hardworking, organized, possess self-discipline.
  • Positive attitude, analytical, and meticulous.
  • Demonstrate independence to complete tasks within given timeline.
  • A good team player
  • Strong communication (written and verbal skill)

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial and management reports within the stipulated deadline.
  • Execute effective and efficient accounts payable, general ledger, petty cash reimbursement and fixed asset management.
  • Preparation of cash flow analysis and projection.
  • Preparation of GST reporting & income tax filing.
  • Dealing with and reconcile inter-company transactions and balances.
  • Prepare, check, verify and process invoices payable, delivery orders and payments.
  • Monthly creditors’ statement reconciliation.
  • Monitoring of daily bank balance and monthly bank reconciliation.
  • Responsible for handling and processing the billing to customers and ensuring that all billings are correctly invoiced, recorded and payments are received timely.
  • Responsible for monthly payroll, sales commission tabulation and assist in HR related matters.
  • Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents in preparation of audit & tax schedules and attend to queries/requirements.
  • Liaise with external parties e.g. banks, auditors, customers, suppliers, statutory bodies to solve any issue.
  • Ensure payments are made timely, with proper approval and in accordance with required supporting documents.
  • Liaise with various departments to resolve issues on closing monthly accounts.
  • Coordinate for the interim/final stock take and report any discrepancies.
  • Maintain and reconcile financial statements.
  • Preparation of accounting report for management review.
  • Assist in reviewing internal control to ensure work is done properly and effectively.
  • Assist to review, troubleshoot, and recommend enhancements to existing workflow and financial accounting system.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
