REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Organized and Meticulous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and type all policy documents including endorsements, cover notes and certificates of insurance
- Process renewal documentation for all classes of insurance
- Work closely with underwriters to ensure policies are issued in accordance with customers’ requirements
- Despatch processed documents in a timely manner
- Process and assist in risk accumulation
- Maintain the Department’s filing system and perform regular archival of obsolete documents for off-site storage
- Typing and filing of correspondences, reports, forms and all other documents
- Prepare reports for Management and audit purposes
