Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring the clinic’s work environment is presented and prepared to the highest standards. Oversee machine maintenance and conduct regular stocktakes and be the first point of contact for all external vendors, medical and clinic suppliers & trades
  • Ensure documentation, doctors’ referrals, patient files are all meticulously filed on the CRM for compliance and audit purposes
  • Maximise practitioners’ and specialists’ time efficiency by overseeing appointments and minimising gaps through proactive scheduling and bringing forward future appointments as needed
  • Supervise and track promotional sales targets, conduct stock replenishment reports and daily banking for the clinic, providing updates to the COO for monthly reports
  • Work with the owners to organise travel requirements and assist in preparation tasks for international conferences, educational events and industry awards
  • Assist with administration back up for the front of house team including phones, client experience and preparation and maintenance of office handbooks and training manuals
