Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Administration Assistant on a fixed term appointment, ending 31 st March 2025. This is to support the Wellbeing Recovery Employment Service (WRES) project, funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF).
The East Riding of Yorkshire has been allocated £10.4 million through the UKSPF to cover the period from April 2022 to March 2025 and £1.8m through the Rural England Prosperity Fund (REPF) to cover the period from April 2023 to March 2025.
The project is being managed by East Riding of Yorkshire Council with Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust as a project delivery partner. The project funding is for the delivery of year 3 of the UKSPF for the ‘People and Skills’ grant, to deliver on the following investment areas:
Support for the unemployed
Skills support for the workforce
The project is due to complete 31 st March 2025 and to achieve the aims and objectives we are looking to recruit a team of people to deliver the project outcomes.
WRES will provide support to individuals, aged 16+, to engage or re-engage in employment through skills development workshops and job search support and advice .
The successful candidates need to be forward thinking, innovative and able to work under pressure. The posts involve developing connections both internally and externally and building networks with local organisations. Regular reporting is required.
This role is a fixed-term or secondment opportunity and is funded by the UKSPF
To provide senior administrative support to the Wellbeing Recovery Employment Service
The post holder will work as a member of the Wellbeing Recovery Employment Service ensuring that high quality, individualised care is delivered and that this promotes Recovery and Wellbeing and maximises independence.
To provide administrative support to and contribute to the planning and
development of the department as a member of the team.
