    We are looking for a Senior administrative assistant to work at our Aged Care Facility in Merimbula – Albert Moore Garden. This role is to provide efficient and accurate administration support to the Facility Manager and the broader team.
    You will be responding to phone and email inquiries, greeting visitors and residents and ensuring their entry on the logbook, looking after rostering and allocations, ensuring accurate record keeping, and maintenance of the organization’s compliance requirements.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience as an Administration Officer in Aged Care or a similar Health related organization
  • Experience in Accounts receivable and payable
  • Highly organized and able to manage time effectively
  • Managing a Reception area including high-volume calls and emails as well as in-person inquiries
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Team player but also able to work independently
  • Resilience and ability to manage complaints and problem-solve
  • Above average computer literacy, in particular Microsoft Office, and experience in CRM systems
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Willing to undergo NDIS Worker’s Screening check
