  • Experience in financial administration or bookkeeping.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact dealing with visitors, incoming phone calls and general queries.
  • Manage procurement of office equipment, merchandise and sundries.
  • Coordinate team events under the direction of the Business Manager.
  • Draft, edit and format materials and communications as required by the functional teams.
  • Assist with preparing monthly and quarterly reporting.
  • Monitor multiple inboxes and respond to queries in a timely manner.
  • Onboard new starters by preparing induction schedules, IT forms and other associated activities.
  • Update and maintain company databases.
  • Support finance related activities and processes.
  • Coordinate employee travel and accommodation, and booking external training and events.
