In your role as a Senior Assistant, you will be responsible for the support of several directors, their staff, and of all administrative functions related to project management. You will assist and collaborate with the director, managers, and department employees.
In your role as an Senior Administrative Assistant you will:
- Manage the Directors’ emails, calendars, to-dos and phone calls;
- Prepare itineraries and coordinate travel arrangements; prepare expense reports and ensure payment
- Manage vacations and time sheets for all department employees;
- Manage the Performance review process for the department;
- Review / correct correspondences and letters to customers and partners; enter them in a tracking database
- File and archive documents
- Manage all project documents such as project schedules, invoices, reports and statistics.
- Prepare or edit presentations and communications on behalf of the Director using independent judgment and often with limited general instruction
- Develop and implement internal operating procedures and systems and provides training for these
