JOB SUMMARY:

A Senior Administrative Support Specialist (aka Category Management Assistant / CMA) is responsible for the detail set up and data entry of all assigned category product information and assignments given from the Category Manager. This includes organizing workload, entering promotional (deal) information, price changes, product information and clerical tasks. They also maintain relationships with vendors, corporate department team members, corporate store team members, and member store team members. This is done through phone, email and in person communication.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Education/Training: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: 1+ year data entry or retail store experience preferred
  • Skills/Knowledge: Strong service, accounting and analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of spreadsheets and tables with proven keyboarding skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks with a high attention to detail
  • Regular on-site attendance is required
