WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic, customer focused team with opportunities to develop your customer service and relationship management skills while building your technical knowledge! As Senior Administrator, quality control and training of other members of the team will an additional portion of this role.

Responsibilities:
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Administration of Protection, Pensions and Investments new business policies
- Issuing new business policies in a timely and accurate manner
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with our customers and internal colleagues
- Support Team Leader in management of day-to-day business issues and queue management
- Deputise effectively for Team Leader in their absence and represent new business in workshops/projects/meetings/presentations
- Resolve customer issues and escalated cases without TL intervention
- Support the Team Leader in implementing change and acts as a coach for less experienced team members
