ABOUT US
Having secured a number of long term Frameworks with key clients, AmcoGiffen’s Design & Engineering Team has continued to build on its success in supporting the business through the delivery of multi-disciplinary designs and robust engineering governance. The D&E team covers Engineering Assurance, Design Management, BIM and the provision of In-house Design services, led by an experienced Senior Management Team.
REQUIREMENTS
- A-Level or equivalent Level 3 Qualification preferred.
- Proven experience as a Senior Administrator or in a Business Support Role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with engineering environments is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Document Management Systems.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Providing day to day administrative support to the Senior Management Team.
- Assisting in the administration of projects across various disciplines, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams.
- Supporting the efficient operation of both the in-house design and engineering teams, contributing to the success of our projects.
- Co-ordinating internal and external audits, showcasing our commitment to quality across all areas of our work.
- Managing office facilities and procurement for the Design & Engineering department, ensuring a smooth workflow for all teams.
- Organising meetings and events, facilitating effective communication and collaboration between different teams and clients.
- Being the primary point of contact for clients and visitors, representing our team with professionalism and courtesy.
