SENIOR ADMINISTRATOR (DATA OFFICER), THE WELLBEING HUB, NOTTINGHAM RECOVERY NETWORK, 1-YEAR TEMPORARY CONTRACT, SALARY: £25,147 - £27,596 FTE, 37HPW

    We are looking for an experienced administrator with a passion for data, systems, and processes to support our clinical team and the Business and Performance Manager.

Responsibilities:

MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB

This role requires an experienced administrator who has a flexible approach to work. Must have the ability to prioritise work appropriately to exacting deadlines. Must equally be able to work on own initiative as well as within a team and thrive in a busy office and clinic environment. An enthusiastic and well-motivated individual is required, who has experience of liaising with people at all levels, having excellent customer care skills together with excellent telephone manner and is aware of the necessity to maintain absolute confidentiality.
The post holder will be expected to provide support with collating and entering data in relation to current projects and future service developments. To provide administrative support to NRN prescribing team including Consultant Psychiatrists, trainee doctors and NMP’s.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To provide efficient, effective, and confidential administrative support to Consultant Psychiatrists, wider medical team and Systems and Performance manager.
  • Be responsible for the inputting of data and support the Systems and Performance manager with the implementation of projects and processes.
  • To provide support to a large multi-disciplinary team in the day-to-day management of a significant number of controlled drug prescribing across the NRN Partnership.
