We are looking for a Senior Administrator to join our International and High Net Worth team based in London.
Responsibilities:
Your role as Senior Administrator in our International and High Net Worth Team will include:
- Working collaboratively as part of a team to provide comprehensive administrative support to the fee earning team thereby assisting in the delivery of a quality service to our clients.
- Assisting Solicitors and Paralegals with the merits assessment process. This includes speaking to and emailing Barristers Chambers about capacity to accept instructions. To provide documents and simple pre-prepared instructions to Barristers, and to monitor timescales for return of assessments, keeping Solicitors updated on timescales.
- Monitoring multiple inboxes to include email comms from the Employment Team fee earners with work task requests, and from insurers [work source providers] with new instructions, together with any case or general queries from insurers or clients. To send any new instructions to the relevant Solicitor/s and action/forward other queries to the relevant fee earners.
- Populating and submitting insurer audit report/s on a monthly basis, gathering data to populate spread sheets where appropriate. Support/assist in the TQR/SQA monthly work source Audits.
- Dealing with Accounts general queries on behalf of fee earners and where appropriate, liaise with Accounts
- Helpdesk/Credit Control
- Electronic filing
- Dealing with Accounts queries, obtaining billing guides when requested facilitating regular client billing disciplines by supporting the fee-earners with their monthly billing.
- Working closely with other team members and provide assistance and support where appropria
- Regularly liaise with line manager to monitor work flow and levels ensuring deadlines and priorities are met
- Producing correspondence and documentation within the parameters of the department’s house style ensuring consistency and accuracy in presentati Relay any specific typing tasks to DPU.
- Assisting with any incoming and outgoing post digitally.
- Working collaboratively with your SA/Team PA colleagues within your location and across the Group to provide a seamless, efficient and quality service to the business.
