QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • The successful candidate will have recognised experience (2 year minimum) in a similar role in governance, compliance and/or legal environment.
  • High levels of confidentiality.
  • Excellent time management skills, strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise work, managing competing deadlines to ensure tasks are completed with both accuracy and efficiency.
  • Well-developed written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to show initiative, pre-empt problems and provide solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability in the Microsoft Office Suite, Teams and Sharepoint and bespoke systems.
  • SuccessFactors, SAP, Fiori and iValua experience highly regarded.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of legal documents, emails, presentations, team communications and support to the global Legal & Governance Team.
  • Scheduling of team meetings, workshops, events and travel bookings.
  • Attending to various accounts payable functions, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and new vendor onboarding and processing.
  • Continued development and management of department related ‘Teams’ channels and Sharepoint sites, using innovative solutions to be inclusive of a global team.
  • Administrative support tasks, including good practice document management, document control, archiving and assisting in developing procedures related to the role.
  • Special projects as required by the team.
  • Assisting with diary management, room bookings and compliance related training sessions.
  • Credit card reconciliation and expense claims.
  • Submitting documents to government departments in Perth CBD.
  • New starter mobilisations, training, and support.
  • Maintaining professional CPD development records.
  • Interacting with others in a positive and professional way to ensure that assigned tasks are completed on a timely basis.
