We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Administrator / Office Manager to join our team. Managing 2 direct reports, you will be responsible for managing our office facilities, amenities and environment, as well as coordinating purchasing activities for goods and services for our organisation.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of facilities, amenities and office environment including physical security.
- Manage staff workspace facilities, including relocations.
- Manage all aspects of onsite experience for staff, customers and contractors.
- Coordinate secure destruction.
- Implement environmental policy, including recycling and energy consumption goals.
- Coordinate WHS issues as they arise and compliance.
- Coordinate and complete premises/equipment scheduled maintenance.
- Assist Business Services Manager as directed for any purchasing activities for goods, software and services.
- Coordinate all staff travel bookings, including flights, accommodation and car hire.
- Coordinate receipt and distribution of purchased items.
- Coordinate deliveries and distribution of inbound goods to their end destination.
- Coordinate equipment returns and premises warranty repairs.
- Manage equipment and consumable stock levels, including stock takes and ordering.
- Manage and action inbound email communication for Purchasing mailbox.
