Our client is a well-established and growing professional services company on the outskirts of Oxford. They are looking for a permanent Senior Administrator to join their team based at their Witney office.
Reporting into the Partners, you will be responsible for undertaking secretarial and administrative duties. This includes but is not limited to:
- Liaising directly with the Partners & clients by email and telephone to organise meetings and taking messages when necessary.
- Diary management to assist in the organisation and communication of important appointments.
- Managing correspondence received and sent; systematic filing and logging of communications between partners and clients i.e. emails, post, logging phone calls, etc.
- Undertaking necessary pre-engagement checks and collating anti money-laundering information from new clients.
- Monthly preparation of fees to clients through direct liaison with the partners.
- Filing of approved documents and returns to Companies House.
- Preparing all manner of correspondence from the Partners to clients, HM Revenue & Customs and other contacts.
The ideal candidate should have previous Admin/Secretarial/PA experience, with a positive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team. You should also be a strong communicator, both verbally and written, comfortable liaising with clients. Prior experience of using systems and MS office is important.
On offer is a salary of 28-32k (depending on experience) good benefits, and flexible hybrid working
