ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone who has the following:
- Certificate in Business Administration or Computing (Level 3).
- A full NZ Driver’s License – preferably able to drive a manual vehicle.
- An understanding of basic te reo Māori phrases mihi and greetings.
- Proficient in Microsoft suite.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to demonstrate being proactive and taking initiative.
- A willingness to participate in cultural activities and develop an understanding of Āhuatanga Māori (values, culture and tikanga) is desirable.
- Familiarity with purchasing processes would be beneficial

Responsibilities:
As Senior Administrator you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth operation and creating a positive and efficient experience for tauira, kaimahi and visitors to our site. You will be the face of our company be able to provide exceptional administrative support.
Some of your responsibilities would include:
- Provide high-quality administrative support and technical assistance to various departments.
- Efficiently manage the distribution of resources through the appropriate booking system.
- Assist in procurement activities.
- Provide essential support in site events.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with kaimahi, external stakeholders and tauira.
- Actively listening in meetings and be able to capture key points and discussions accurately in meeting minutes.
