Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
Titan Recruitment is seeking a Senior Administrator to play a pivotal role in ensuring the best possible experience for our contractors, consultants, and clients. You will be exposed to the amazing world of engineering and technology, and deal with some of the pioneers behind resources and infrastructure as we know it today!
The role encompasses general administrative duties along with being a dedicated customer service representative for a number of contractor personnel.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for compliance, due diligence and risk management within contractor care area (this will primarily include reference checks, qualification verification and work rights).
- Assist in managing the legislative requirements of employment contracts and agreements
- Management and improvement of processes and procedures for contractor care area
- Assist Account Managers and Leaders with service delivery in line with client processes and proposing improvements as required
- Responsible for supervision of Recruitment Support team
- Assist staff in every day systems queries (CRM training and mentoring to ensure staff get the most out of our system from operational and user environment)
- Responsible for maintaining process manual for your area and implementing best practices for supporting the team
You will be based at our new premises at London House which offer:
- Gym and End of Trip Facilities on premises
- Stand-up desks and modern office design
- City Centre office location, conveniently located between Perth Metro and Elisabeth Quay train station
