JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Senior Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in providing seamless support to our discerning clientele in the yachting and aviation sectors. Your responsibilities will include:
- Client Liaison: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their unique needs in the yachting and aviation domains.
- Administrative Excellence: Oversee day-to-day administrative functions, ensuring precision and efficiency in managing documentation, permits, and regulatory compliance for yachts and aircraft.
- Transaction Support: Collaborate with the client and internal teams to facilitate seamless transactions related to acquisitions, sales, and leasing of yachts and aircraft.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of industry regulations and ensure that all activities align with legal and compliance standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to provide comprehensive client solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a similar role, preferably within the private wealth sector with exposure to yachting and aviation administration.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with international regulations governing yachting and aviation. Understanding of tax implications and legal frameworks in these domains is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with high-profile clients.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage complex administrative processes efficiently.
- Problem-Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a dynamic environment.
