We are looking for a driven ADVISOR / SENIOR ADVISOR to be part of our Advisory & Transactions | Industrial & Logistic Services team. Industrial & Logistics is currently the most strongly trending business area both at CBRE and the market in general and our team is made of well-informed industry experts. In this role, you will be advising the users of industrial or logistic space and represent them to identify the right locations and sites that offer right fit in qualified labor, location and site design.

• Managing and leading customer projects
• Creating tailored analysis for client needs
• Gathering and deriving insights and understanding from data from various sources
• Preparing reports for new and existing projects in a timely and well-written manner
• Demonstrating excellent skills on preparing customer documentation
