Description:

As a Senior Advisor, Data Analytics in Business Performance, you will actively contribute to the analysis, identification and evaluation of growth opportunities for the organization. You will define and monitor key business performance indicators, develop an in-depth understanding of performance levers through analysis and make recommendations to contribute to DGIG’s growth objectives. More specifically, you will be required to :

  • Carry out in-depth monitoring of business results and raise issues with the relevant stakeholders
  • Identify and analyze issues related to growth levers (in terms of acquisition, upsell/cross-sell or retention) by exploiting internal and external data sources. Synthesize and present them to business partners
  • Actively contribute to market diagnostics to make recommendations for growth strategies
  • Advise and support business partners in the positioning, planning, implementation and performance monitoring of various projects and initiatives under your responsibility
  • Participate in the team effort to develop and effectively communicate an understanding of business performance

What you bring to the table

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • A minimum of six years relevant experience in business analytics, data analytics or business intelligence
  • Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
  • Knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec
  • Advanced Intermediate proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially with Excel
  • Knowledge in SQL and/or SAS beginner or intermediate level
  • Knowledge in PowerBI (data visualization tool)
