WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING | MŌ TE TŪRANGA
Are you passionate about understanding public opinion and shaping policy? At the AA, we are looking for a dynamic Senior Advisor Member Surveys to join our Transport Policy & Advocacy team. In this role, you will design and manage regular surveys of AA Members to gain valuable insights into their views on a range of transport issues. Your findings will help shape the AA’s policy position and align with our strategic priorities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and develop the existing Member survey programme.
- Conduct sample-based surveys from the wider Membership.
- Perform surveys in specific geographic areas for local issues.
- Generate and plan survey topics by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrate understanding and interest in the AA’s advocacy programme.
- Develop engaging and effective survey questions using established survey design principles.
- Create survey questions using the survey development tool (Alchemer).
- Oversee survey testing and refine questions based on internal stakeholder feedback.
- Translate complex survey data into clear, valuable insights for various audiences.
- Present results using high-impact data visualization techniques to engage non-statistical audiences.
- Expand survey presentations to be visually engaging for wider channels, including social media.
