Description:
A career as a Senior Advisor in the Strategic Talent Planning team at National Bank means acting as a practice leader and consulting expert in strategic planning from a talent perspective. You have a positive impact on the successful execution of our strategy as well as on the employee experience which promotes mobility and development.
Your role:
Portrait and projection of talents (opportunities and human risks):
- Create a portrait of talent and predictable movements by including common cross-functional profiles, emerging profiles and profiles specific to different business units.
- Identify and understand strategic needs, risk scenarios as well as the impacts of current and future trends influencing the realities of the different sectors of the Bank.
Evolving our innovative practice:
- Collaborate with several stakeholders to evolve the planning model with the required technological applications and processes (risk management, succession management, recruitment, retention, internal mobility, EE analytics).
- Establish and continuously monitor the required indicators (effectiveness, efficiency, impact) and propose the required actions.
Support the management team:
- Provide advisory support to senior leaders and executives in addition to deploying empowerment activities aimed at developing the autonomy of various stakeholders and ensuring buy-in for the practice.
- Act as a leader to continually raise awareness among the management community of best practices in order to make them autonomous in the planning and dynamic management of their talent.
