The Role
We have embarked on an exciting journey to grow the Urban Climate Resilience (UCR) business within Wavin to tackle the climate change challenges. The aim is to expand our portfolio and move from component to solution provider, establishing a truly global commercial client approach.
To support our growth ambitions, we are looking for a Senior Advisor. Your role as a Senior Advisor is to combine engineering know-how with business sense to help our customers and internal sales teams. You will also be responsible for local business development through thought-leadership and by bringing client propositions earlier in the value chain. Your aim will be to shape the client vision in the market, create opportunities for us to sell the integrated Wavin solution, and support your customers through the design phase of their projects.

You position Wavin as relevant partner for decision makers in the build environment
You act as trusted advisor on climate resilience for our clients
You are driving the execution of the UCR product-market strategy.
You have the ability to design and calculate on project level (should be in profile)
You guide and support the sales team to secure the achievement of our objectives in terms of market position, growth, and profitability
You act as the technical point of contact for the sales team and customers, coordinate technical request and solve issues
You build and share market intelligence – understanding of customers, markets, competitors, products, and applications;
