Description:

Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS) is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south to Gympie in the north.

Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively under the direction of the Workforce Advisory leadership team in the development and service delivery of the Workforce Advisory model and activities.
  • Provide contemporary expert advice and application of the HR industrial framework to management.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations on appropriate management and resolution of complex employment matters including organisational change, performance management, conduct, suspension, discipline and dismissal.
  • Lead and manage a team in the provision of contemporary day-to-day HR activities in HR policy advice and application. This includes modelling behaviours and attitudes aligning with SCHHS values and support the development of your team through shared learning and coaching.
    Remuneration based pro rata on equivalent full time value up to $144 003 p.a., comprising salary rates: $59.42 - $63.65 p.h.employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO6) (temporary position available for up to twelve months, 30.4 hrs p.f.).
