Gain exposure to some lead responsibility as an AEM expert within a talented squad. Backend-focused w/ some frontend (can upskill on FE).
While this role is for a Senior Engineer, you will have the opportunity to slowly take on some lead responsibility for a couple squads, to be the go-to-person for all things AEM.
Apart from being the hands-on technical guru for the entire AEM suite (backend focused, if you only have some frontend AEM experience don’t worry, you will be upskilled!), the ability to mentor and deliver the correct communication style when collaborating with other squad members is key.
If you don’t have any tangible ‘lead’ experience don’t stress, any informal thought and/or technical leadership you bring to the table is fine, as strong AEM technical skills is, first and foremost, the critical requirement for this role.
The ability to work in cross-functional teams and collaborate and drive engineers to hit sprint goals is also key.
