Senior AI Engineer

• You are ready to make an impact with Artificial Intelligent (AI) in Institutional Banking!
• We are responsible for building and developing creative AI solution
• Together we can digitise our client facing business across Institutional Banking & Markets

You will manage a small team of developers within the Digital Customer Crew. You will be responsible for developing generative AI solutions for our coverage bankers and clients in close cooperation with the implementation of our Customer Relationship Management system for IB&M.

Other responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate with front-line bankers and lending specialists across IB&M to define and develop value-add generative AI solutions for our people and clients within CBA’s tech stack
• Work closely together with CBA’s central AI scientists and engineers to define the architecture and AI specific tools
• Engage and collaborate with technology teams and data engineers to implement a full end-to-end solution for our people and clients
• Coach and guide junior team members to further develop their skillset
