ABOUT THE TEAM

The chapter represents all experts who deliver data and AI engineering capabilities to our product teams. These experts are organized together to enhance those functional skillsets, improve E.ON’s MLOps & AIOps tech stack and deliver a high level of data delivery & model automation.
meaningful & challenging - Your tasks

You are responsible for designing the foundational frameworks that allow E.ON to leverage artificial intelligence technologies effectively. This includes the implementation of artificial intelligence cloud infrastructures as well as tools to create, train, deploy and optimize AI models.

• Design, develop, and oversee the implementation of end-to-end AI solutions
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand and fulfill the AI needs of the organization
• Create architectural approaches for AI software and hardware integration and optimization
• Define AI technology objectives and ensure alignment with AI solutions
• Monitor AI industry trends and maintain state-of-the-art industry knowledge
• Implement best practices for AI testing, deployment, and maintenance

authentic & ambitious - Your profile

• Professional knowledge at master’s degree level as well as many years of practical experience as a Software Engineer (d/f/m)
• Extensive experience in designing AI applications and knowledge of machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Deep knowledge of LLM frameworks, related tools, prompt engineering and data & AI engineering principles
• Experience with ethical AI practices and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, assess risks, and develop effective solutions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex engineering concepts and ideas
• Collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders
