At SAP AI Experiences, we’re amid an exciting transformation where most every user interaction will be affected by AI – and we’re looking for talented and dynamic individuals to join our evolution. We´re seeking a passionate Senior AI User Experience Design Specialist to join our AI Design System team (part of the SAP Business AI Experiences team). We’ll be thriving together for best-in-class enterprise AI UX and making a significant contribution to the evolution of our SAP Fiori design system and SAP’s top AI use cases through the lens of AI UX.
The Role

In this role, you will:

• Enable the adoption and enhancement of SAP AI Design Patterns and Guidelines across SAP on their endeavor to the new era of SAP Business AI Experiences
• Support AI UX excellence in SAP’s top AI use cases by providing regular guidance and hands-on design to product teams in exploring, ideating, and delivering AI design patterns and specifications into their products
• Ensure what’s delivered through SAP AI design system patterns and guidelines is regularly evolving based on changing mental models, user and business needs and opportunities in close collaboration with SAP product teams the AI user research community to inform those updates
• Create and build prototypes to make design concepts tangible
• Present, visualize and communicate ideas and concepts at different design stages in a clear and structured way to support design decisions
• Accompany development and delivery with UX expertise to ensure high quality outcomes for our end users
• Build relationships and collaborate closely with SAP´s UX and AI community to enable designers to deliver AI Experiences users trust and love
• Build relationships and collaborate closely with SAP´s Design System and InnerSource Partners to deliver AI patterns through InnerSource
• Support young talents by teaming up with them and providing actionable feedback that excels their growth.
