We are looking for an Alliance Manager with a passion for structure-based drug design to join our team and drive developer adoption and strategic engagements on the NVIDIA platform. As an authority at the intersection of drug discovery, computing, AI, and chemistry, you will help the drug discovery community to benefit from NVIDIA’s full-stack acceleration platform.
In this global role, you will lead engagements with senior members of the drug development ecosystem, including pharmaceutical companies, academic institutions, independent software vendors, and startups. You will build a strong network of leaders and use your domain knowledge to help drive key strategic engagements. You will focus particularly on key GPU-accelerated applications in structure-based drug discovery, like virtual screening pipelines, such as docking and molecular dynamics packages. At the technical level, you will find opportunities for NVIDIA engineers to engage with developers to accelerate and optimize key applications. As an alliance manager, you will work with partners and the NVIDIA business development team to build go-to-market strategies. Ultimately, your mission will be to accelerate the evolution of digital biology by enabling global leaders in SBDD driving adoption of next-generation technologies. Internally, you will be a key authority and domain expert, helping to drive NVIDIA’s strategy in this fast-growing market.

  • Drive early adoption of new products and support launch and go-to-market activities.
  • Host developer and customer evangelism events: meetups, hackathons, lectures.
  • Collect market feedback and requirements.
  • Speak at relevant scientific, technical, and industry conferences.

What We Need To See:

  • Masters, Ph.D., or equivalent experience in chemistry, biophysics, computational biology, or closely related chemistry and life-sciences domain experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in computational chemistry and machine learning.
  • 4+ years of experience working directly with developers or managing technical strategic partnerships
  • Evidence of strategic leadership in an industry setting.
  • Outstanding communication track record, demonstrating your ability to communicate and explain complex topics to diverse audiences.
  • Expert understanding of key methodologies of SBDD.
  • Hands-on experience in scientific computing and/or high-performance computing.

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd:

  • Expertise in applied machine learning, deep learning, or data science in life sciences.
  • Background in software development and distributed computing. Bonus points for GPU and CUDA programming experience!
  • Driven to positively impact healthcare through the use of new technologies.
  • Driven to build new markets by building productive meaningful relationships across this ecosystem.
