Position Summary: CVS Pharmacy, Inc., a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Woonsocket, RI: Senior Analyst, Application Development to design and develop enterprise software applications and platforms. Duties include: develop and maintain store and central applications to support inventory replenishment across the CVS Health Enterprise (Retail Front Store, RX, LTC, & Minute Clinic); utilize C/C++ architecture to write and maintain software; cross collaborate with business partners and project teams to understand requirements, while helping to provide solutions and implement designs to meet those requirements; build applications using Java/J2EE, REST, Spring frameworks, with working knowledge in Angular; database design using MySQL, Oracle, and MariaDb; maintain and improve the performance of existing software/architecture to optimize the system; clearly and regularly communicate with management and project teams; test and maintain software products to ensure strong functionality and optimization; and recommend improvements to existing software programs as necessary. Telecommuting available. Multiple positions. - Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Engineering, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Also requires five (5) years of experience with each of the following: Oracle and Teradata; Control-M; Hadoop, Informatica, Azure, and Hive; Python, CSS, HTML, and Shell scripting; and Rally or Java. Telecommuting available. Pay Range: $163654.00/year to $196000.00/year.
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
