The Senior Analyst/Assistant Transaction Manager will be responsible for supporting the real estate transaction activities and strategy for one of CBRE’s largest global corporate clients.The role is to support the Account team in optimizing the client’s real estate activities through preparing, recommending, and implementing a portfolio-wide real estate transaction strategy. This role offers significant growth opportunities.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Supporting senior members of the Account team in the delivery of high profile transactions across the APAC region.
- Leading the delivery of smaller transactions within Flex spaces/lease renewals etc
- Support/track and report on the client’s global strategic initiatives
- Prepare documents required to engage brokers across the region including NDAs, Conflict of Interests etc
- Help ensure all transactions comply with terms and conditions of the CBRE contract
- Liaise with all Client’s stakeholders such as Finance, Legal, Technical etc as required.Prepare all necessary documentation to obtain the required internal approvals to facilitate lease execution
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent communication (verbal & written), presentation and negotiation skills
- Proactively manage stakeholder relationships
- Multi-tasking and sensitive to cross-cultural exposures
- Organizing and prioritizing a large and varied workload in a fast-paced environment
- An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Ideally, degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Engineering or related discipline
