QUALIFICATIONS

Technical

  • University Degree in a related field and 5 years of related experience in a similar environment or combine experiences.
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving skills as well as flexibility to adjust to evolving business needs and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Skilled in project management and creation of insightful management presentations.
  • Knowledge and understanding of industry-related language and technology, project concepts and procedures.
  • Proficient use of and knowledge of project software, reporting tools and technology.
  • Demonstrated project management experience and change management proficiency.
  • High level of comfort using the full suite of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook and Power Point).
  • Bilingualism preferred (English & French).

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support projects and initiatives including the development and/or refinement of outcomes, measures, targets, by collaborating with various business groups and the operations services and contact center leadership team.
  • Analyze & highlight focus areas on financial budgets, identify risks, and determine mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain project reporting for the operations services and contact center leadership team, linked to workforce capacity planning models.
  • Drive the long range project planning cycle, in collaboration with operations services and contact center leadership team, in alignment with organizational goals, including approvals, resourcing, communication and change management recommendations.
  • Work with stakeholders to conduct current state analysis, develop vision and mission, establish strategic priorities and initiatives, create performance measures, and define accountability/responsibility.
  • Collaborate with internal business groups for the purpose of exchanging information relating to projects and initiatives impacting the P&L and KPIs (qualitative analysis).
  • Compile information from existing documentation and data to facilitate project planning and delivery including agreements, processes, knowledge articles, and other productivity and quality measurements.
  • Maintain and analyzes records of actual project output compared to project plan and recommends improvements.
  • Understand and assess complex sets of information and be able / comfortable to provide insights and recommendations to improve project effectiveness.
  • Support business units to meet project requirements and provide solutions to help improve performance metrics.
  • Develop reporting processes and dashboards for project status, performance and forecasting to be shared with leadership.
  • Develop and deliver executive level presentations related to monthly, quarterly, and annual project performance.
  • Be an agent of change for the department by identifying and recommending solutions and improvements to processes and systems (e.g. apply ADKAR to drive improvements in change management and communications).
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to leaders in the delivery of consistent high-quality project work.
  • Work as liaison between operational group & IT Partners to ensure clear articulation of issue, impacts and support with solution deployment in production environments.
  • Lead ad hoc analysis as required.
