Job Description:

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As Senior Analyst you will primarily focus on turning internal and external datasets into actionable insights to support our growth ambition. Working as an integral part of the marketing function, you will offer vital insights via the interrogation of customer acquisition activity to drive out optimisations and potential user journey improvements.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Conduct data aggregation and mining to provide a descriptive profile of the clinic’s customer base
• Design and run predictive analytics to forecast various scenario outcomes
• Uncover relationships between data sets, looking at any events that may correlate or correspond with increases or decreases in sales
• Design and run probability theories using regression analysis, filtering, cluster analysis and time-series data analytics
• Collect, clean and analyse data from various sources such as web analytics, databases, customer surveys and sales reports to provide insights into customer behaviour
• Gather new data to answer questions, collate and organise data from multiple sources
• Apply analytical techniques and tools to extract and present new insights to support sales, marketing and operations in customer acquisition and retention activities
• Orchestrate and design an interactive trading dashboard that reports against agreed KPI’s and is a cross functional reflection of where opportunities to increase performance sit
