Responsibilities:

  • Production of insights and analysis across all indicators of financial performance, focused on identification of business opportunities and actionable advice.
  • Analyse performance against targets and forecast, incorporating key business drivers of results and highlighting performance risks and opportunities to assist decision making.
  • Prepare ad hoc analysis and other requests (including ASX reporting) and present these to business partners and other key stakeholders
  • Adherence to the Group’s risk, financial control and accounting policy frameworks.
  • Development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives that increase the efficiency and effectiveness of reporting processes, while maintaining quality and reducing risk.
  • Embrace and foster a team culture focused on continuous learning, knowledge sharing and driving efficiencies in activities.
  • Work in collaboration with business partners and key stakeholders to gain insights on performance, prepare targets/forecasts and drive business outcomes.
  • Build strong working relationships across the business and wider finance team to become a key contact for financial performance analysis and insights.
  • Provide regular financial updates to business partners and key stakeholders, including senior management
