Senior Analyst, Content Orchestration Governance
This role is based at one of our corporate offices in Dallas, TX, or McLean, VA

As a Senior Analyst, Content Orchestration Governance, you will support the team in increasing customer acquisition and retention, generate engagement through multi-channel marketing campaigns, and foster recognition of loyalty benefits. On the Content Orchestration reporting to Manager, Content Orchestration Governance, you will work on projects including assisting in the design and influence of several technologies, including Content Management Systems (CMS), Digital Asset Management (DAM), Media Asset Management (MAM), and Computer-Assisted Translation Tools (CAT-tools). You will also support Taxonomy, Translation Memory strategy, and Language Service Providers (LSPs) workflows and technology adoption and compliance across content ideation, archive, and management processes.

YOU HAVE THESE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Three (3) years of experience in Content Operations, Governance, Standardization of Operating Procedures, or related fields.
• Working knowledge of content platforms (DAM, CMS, CAT tools)
• Experience in a global enterprise.
• Prior experience with translation and localization workflows and tools.
• Travel up to 5%.
