Senior Enterprise Data Analyst
$77,000 / year minimum starting salary
Job Level: Individual Contributor
In-office position, located in Columbia, Missouri
What You Will Be Doing:
Extract, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to generate valuable insights and support data-driven decision-making. Play a crucial role in providing actionable insights and recommendations that drive business growth and operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Data Analyst or a similar role, with a focus on analyzing complex data sets and providing actionable insights typically required.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or similar tools.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and modeling techniques, such as regression analysis, time series analysis, clustering, or classification.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and scripting.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data modeling principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and derive practical solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large and complex data sets.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to perform essential functions of the position, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
