REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years professional experience
- Superior analytical background with strong problem-solving skills
- Highly effective communication skills, including written and verbal
- Ability to establish relationships and work collaboratively to get results
- Capable of explaining concepts clearly and credibly across all levels of the organization
- High level of attention to detail
- Adept at thinking on your feet amidst ambiguity
- Proven experience leading and influencing at various levels across the organization
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Advanced degree (i.e. MBA or equivalent experience)
- Experience in pricing strategy, sales financial analysis. Experience in a strategy/commercial/consulting/pricing/procurement role is also plus
Responsibilities:
- Partner in a trusted adviser capacity to Senior Sales Leadership, the Sales Community and other Internal Stakeholders
- Provide thought leadership to develop innovative deal structures, manage risk within the contractual terms and structure and educate the sales team on our latest product bundles and offerings
- Act as a large deal advisor on key deals and support the commercial and contractual negotiation process through the deal cycle
- Guide sales on the pros/cons of a wide range of deal structures and take ownership of final approval decisions
- Develop best practices for pricing and business terms, based on the improved use of data and market knowledge to support decisions
- Independently scope and complete project work with minimum oversight to meet function and company goals
- Partner with product teams on optimal pricing models and strategies for new products and bundled solutions
- Develop relevant cross-functional relationships to understand products, competition, and the competitive market
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal and Operations departments to optimize contract terms and close deals
