- Preparing financial models providing detailed financial analysis across all sectors of the real estate market including both development and investment assets
- Preparing market leading collateral and financing memorandums
- Assisting on the documentation, transaction and execution process
- Participating in meetings and/or conference calls to provide updates on progress
- Proactively manage all client follow up and information requests
- Working with autonomy and supporting senior team members on high profile instructions
- Monitor daily news bulletins – research and update team on relevant sector news
