Senior Analyst (Digital Onboarding & Authentication)

WHAT A TYPICAL DAY MIGHT INCLUDE

• Uncovering and clarifying requirements through effective collaboration with stakeholders.
• Work together with architecture and security teams to define the interface between the bank’s applications/systems and enterprise integration protocols (using REST API’s, Kafka, Webhooks).
• Utilizing visual modeling techniques to ensure clarity and consensus in solutions.
• Supporting the design of exceptional user experiences and intuitive interfaces.
• Playing a key role in solution design, development support, and rigorous testing.
• Conducting comprehensive gap analysis to seamlessly integrate various vendor systems and provide accurate requirements.
• Crafting meticulous requirements documentation, user stories, use cases, workflows, wireframes, and mockups using the capabilities of Jira and Confluence.
• Ensuring that product/journey specifications are up to date.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS NEEDED

• A university degree or advanced diploma in a software engineering-related discipline.
• General banking knowledge (products, banking services, etc.) and expertise in the onboarding area (clients core system, online onboarding flow, digital streams, etc.), preferably including Securities domain.
• Previous experience with strong technical background (minimum 5 years of experience) in a similar position.
• Proficiency in gathering and documenting requirements, designing and testing different data format and models (JSON, XML, AVRO), and creating solution/sequence diagrams.
• Experience in analyzing banking software applications, especially knowledge of CRM applications.
• Familiar with AML/KYC policy/ standards.
• Quick adaptability to new technologies with minimal formal training.
• Proficiency in utilizing Atlassian Tools: Jira and Confluence, along with draw.io and plantUML skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of and experience of minimum 1 year of digital onboarding for micro/corporates.
• Knowledge of and experience of minimum 1 year of mobile applications authentication solution. Minimum knowledge relating to security area is a must.
• Familiar with varying project environments (waterfall, scrum/agile).
• UX/UI web apps, Cloud familiarity.
