What You’ll Do
The Senior Analyst position is an integral part of the Ducker Carlisle Transaction Advisory team and is expected to contribute to the organization and manage the day-to-day execution of highly critical commercial due diligence and value creation engagements. Senior Analysts will be responsible for advanced information gathering, business/report writing, analysis, and client interaction.
As a Senior Analyst, you will work closely with both clients (which include leading middle-market private equity firms and investment banks), as well the delivery and commercial teams to achieve project objectives. Your duties will include participating in fieldwork, ensuring data quality and integrity, as well as building forecast models to help tell a compelling story for both buy and sell-side market study initiatives. Your work will be integral in conveying to client investment committees and other transaction stakeholders the commercial facing strengths and weaknesses of ~$50M to $1B+ mergers and acquisitions. In addition, you will coach and direct junior team members on the research process and provide course corrections when applicable.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in general business, finance, research, or related field (Master’s degree a plus)
  • 3-5 years of experience in a professional business environment (Preferably market research or data collection role)
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (highly competent in Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working in a team environment
