Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • Strong Analytic & understanding of Financial Inventory management & Reporting.
  • Strong GSC Experience and understanding of Upstream and Downstream Inventory Processes
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, sense of ownership.
  • Able to work independently, partner effectively with internal and external partners, and to set and manage own objectives.
  • Strong process and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to drive processes and decisions to closure, is persistent in reaching the goals.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, additional language skills are an asset.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, inventory control.
  • Strong Inventory management knowledge desirable.
  • Prior Enterprise system experience required in SAP; high level MS Office business applications required

Responsibilities:

Bristol Myers Squibb is looking to recruit on a permanent contract Senior Analyst, EMEA Inventory Management GDS to join our team in Dublin.
This position is responsible for supporting all EMEA Inventory Management Financial & Business Controls Function programs & reporting within CLH & CLS entities.
This role will act as a key lead to drive all Financial Inventory Risk management programs across CLH & CLS in collaboration with GSC Finance, BCF, NSP & CPSO functions.
Based on your function, department or individual position, you will have the opportunity to discuss with your Manager the option to work remotely up to 50% of the time, over a two-week period, with the flexibility to choose the days that align with your collaboration needs.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leading 3PL physical count performance & monitoring and ensuring Key Financial & BCF timelines are achieved in collaboration with functional Finance, BCF & Distribution teams.
  • Is responsible for all SAP GDS Storage Locations to ensure accurate inventory placement and use of RGVR, SCRP, RVRK, RESV & Sale Locations.
  • Drives continuous improvements in all EMEA GDS Financial Inventory programs to include & Expiry Date/ Final Distribution Date (FDD), Slow Moving and Planned Write-off (PWO) areas.
  • Lead Quarterly CLH/CLS Material Review Board Meetings.
  • Performs Inventory Write-Off Projections working with the Distribution Analysts teams & destruction scheduling.
  • Performs Inventory loss Analytics & Insight and presenting to LT.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventories and ensure that statutory financial statements, books, and operational inventory reports are kept accurate.
  • EHS: Line Managers shall provide a safe and healthy work environment for their staff in areas under their control and shall ensure compliance with relevant rules and legislation in those areas.
  • Ensure the appropriate EHS, GDP and cGMP standards are maintained.
