Position Status: Temporary Full-Time, 12 month contract
Available: Immediately

DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION:

As the Senior Analyst Finance, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing a diverse range of financial activities. Your responsibilities will encompass managing a substantial portfolio of Funds, providing comprehensive reports to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, handling intricate revenue postings, executing complex bank and account reconciliations, as well as meticulously reviewing critical documents such as the T3010 and other essential government filings.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • University degree or college diploma in Finance/Accounting, or equivalent practical experience, CPA an asset.
  • 5+ years experience in operational accounting.
  • Non-profit (Fund) accounting experience; T3010 experience.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, self-directed, team-oriented.
  • Excellent organizational skills and extremely detail-oriented.
  • Expert in Excel and Advanced in other Microsoft products.
  • Financial Edge and/or Blackbaud CRM experience preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
