LEVEL REQUIREMENTS

• General background in IT, Finance, Economics or Tax
• Resolves complex issues utilizing technology
• Brings wide-ranging technical experience
• May have SME skills in one or more software products
• Solves complex issues where in-depth evaluation of many variable factors
• Exercises technical judgement in the selection of methods, techniques, and criteria for obtaining results
• Performs with general supervision with oversight for judgment, adequacy, and accuracy

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• ERP experience preferred: 4+ years’ experience working with Financial Systems
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college or equivalent experience
• Ability to query data using SQL Management Studio

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong planning, organizational and administrative skills

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Information Technology Group (ITG) is a collection of people, processes and technology investments that are designed to achieve the business goals of FTI Consulting. The Senior Analyst will provide end user support to FTI’s financial systems as well as support projects as assigned to include integrations/acquisitions. The Senior Analyst will also be responsible for the assessment, identification, and functional definition of requirements / solutions to meet FTI’s business needs.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Primary responsibilities include responding toTM1, Datamart, and Unit4 ERP systems support calls/tickets using Service Now (SNOW) platform.
• Assist with identification, analysis, and resolution of issues within the financial system, internal & external interfaces / reporting, and user security
• Assist with projects as time allows for TM1 and work collaboratively with other system support teams/users to integrate, design, test and implement solutions
• User Access Setup for TM1, Datamart, Unit4 ERP
• Set up and maintenance of systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve interface errors
