REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years minimum of experience in financial planning and analysis or similar role.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Financial software application adaptive knowledge is preferred.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements analysis.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail driven and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to quickly build relationships across the organization.
- Experience in preparing presentations and presenting analysis to non-finance team and senior management.
