Senior Analyst, Incident & Problem Management
This role will support the teams accountable for Incident Management, Disaster Recovery, and Problem Management. The new colleague will work closely with the Loblaw Technology and Analytics (LTA) product, platform, and services teams, driving the processes and tools needed for the efficient and effective operations of an LTA organization that delivers with elite delivery effectiveness and operational stability. This role will work closely and report directly into the Director Incident and Disaster Recovery.

Responsibilities:

  • Incident Management: working with the team, transform the LTA incident management process, which oversees the resolution all major issues impacting our stores, pharmacies, distribution centers, and digital assets affecting our customers and colleagues
  • Disaster Recovery: Engage with the team to review and enhance the disaster recovery process and reporting
  • Problem Management: optimize reporting on all aspects of LTA’s performance; from operational stability perspective
  • Work closely with the teams to enhance existing reporting and dashboarding from operational stability perspective
  • Develop highly effective working relationships based on trust and competence, with an ability to make change happen through passion, influence, and respect
  • Identify and implement improvements to efficiency and effectiveness – the areas of accountability are critical to LTA and Loblaws as a whole. You will be required to understand what’s working, what’s not, and help the teams provide better and ground-breaking value as service providers to LTA
