About the role
Join the Business Optimization and Systems team in the role of Senior Analyst, Business Systems, where we are transforming the way we do business to enable CMHC to achieve its strategy. Your skills and passion for data, user-centric design and software reliability will support the introduction, proper functioning and maintenance of CMHC’s business platforms and other applications to propel CMHC forward efficiently and securely.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Understand the business usage of data and how it interacts between systems.
• Provide advice and guidance on operational data elements, data structure and tools to interact with data.
• Interface with the client community and IT to translate business needs into technical solutions. Documents the current and proposed business processes. Advises clients of the proposed solutions and their impacts.
• Troubleshoot data-related incidents, support hotfix and long-term solutions.
