• Supports business applications, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, websites and integration services.
• Supports the lifecycle management of finance and accounting systems, such as Agresso/Business World, Dayforce, PSD-Citywide or similar technologies in a SaaS or on-premises environment.
• Provides 1st/2nd-level technical support in trouble shooting, and developing technical solutions supporting Application, Web Services and Database technologies.
• Monitors services through JIRA and platform consoles to identify service degradation or interruptions, escalating as appropriate.
• Supports system configuration and security administration for business applications.
• Liaises with business stakeholders and IT teams to plan, document requirements, develop and deliver system upgrades and enhancements.
• Facilitates the project portfolio management process for ITRM, from Intake through Implementation and Closure, providing support to divisional clients during the Intake process to identify key information and support the review of project requests.
• Leads RFP, tenders and quotations for technology and services.
• Leads/Supports resource planning and project budgeting and work plan development, develops strategies to mitigate variances to project plans, and identifies potential resource constraint or delivery conflicts to management and stakeholders.
