Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW

Our team is responsible for enabling, empowering, and supporting our sellers and customer success team to perform their day-to-day tasks and grow their careers here at Salesforce. As a senior learning experience content analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day operations of our content catalog, while also contributing strategically to content development initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Content Catalog Management: Oversee the maintenance and optimization of our content catalog, ensuring accuracy, relevancy, accessibility, and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Tagging and Curation: Label existing materials to increase their discoverability, encourage opportunities to repurpose existing content, and establish a content hierarchy or structure that clearly reflects the relationships between different pieces of content.
  • Catalog Knowledge: Serve as the expert on our existing content catalog. Identify, evaluate, and curate resources to repurpose or retire, directly contributing to our organizational effectiveness.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify content gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality assurance checks to maintain the integrity and consistency of learning resources, ensuring alignment with organizational standards.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with various agile teams, stakeholders, and vendors to support large-scale initiatives, ensuring that existing content meets the current needs of our business.
